Yoga is a complete system of holistic health and wellbeing with the potential to address each person’s unique interests and concerns. Susan’s 500 hours training in Yoga Therapy (due to complete early 2019) in the lineage of Krishnamacharya and his son Desikachar is grounded in the principles of Yoga and Ayurveda. This tradition uses an intelligent, step-wise and gentle approach to harness the transformative power of Yoga.

Susan originally trained with Sheffield based Shamayoga  school and is a Yoga Alliance 200 hrs accredited yoga teacher. She has almost 20 years experience as a holistic health professional, with a background in Occupational Therapy (HPC registered) and professional qualifications in Clinical Hypnotherapy (GDHR registered) and Holistic Massage Therapy (MTI, including Anatomy and Physiology level 4).
